Our yearly leadership summit brings the leaders of TikTok from around the world to convene for a 3-day management event aimed at building connections, working on leadership skills, and having a (little bit) of fun. This last summit took place at the home of the Seattle Mariner’s T-Mobile park, so I was tasked with creating fun and engaging event-branding themed around baseball.
Results
Positive feedback on all sides including compliments from Shou Zi Chew the CEO of TikTok himself, as well as being recognized as a top performer on the team the following week.
